Questions brides ask us
My wedding was weeks ago and the flowers are dried out. Too late?
Not at all — dried, wilted, even fridge-kept flowers all work. We restore the colour by hand before setting them. Most of our couples send flowers that are 2–6 weeks old.
How do I send my varmala? Is it safe?
The studio checks courier availability at your address and shares packing instructions before doorstep pickup. If you can, let flowers dry naturally for 8–10 days and wrap them in cotton cloth or paper (never plastic/newspaper). Ask us about any packing concern before sending.
How much does it cost?
The catalogue shows each product price — see current keepsakes and prices. The ₹200 flower-pickup booking is separate. Return shipping is quoted before dispatch, and any optional extras are shown before you accept them.
What does the ₹200 reservation do?
It covers your doorstep flower pickup, subject to courier availability at your address. It's a flat pickup-service charge, separate from your keepsake's price, and does not reduce that product price. You can confirm the exact keepsake with the studio after your flowers reach us. Pickup booking alone does not start production.
How long does it take?
Estimated 4–8 weeks after full product payment and final details are confirmed, once your flowers are with the studio. Arrival or a ₹200 pickup booking alone does not start making. Every petal is placed by hand; your private order page shows recorded progress.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Yours will be similar but never identical — it's made from your own flowers, so slight variation is natural. That's the charm: nobody else on earth has your piece.
Do you do South Indian garlands?
Yes! Jasmine, rose, tulsi malas — we work with all of them, and we pick up from every state.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because every piece is custom-made from your own flowers, orders can't be cancelled once production begins — full details in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I care for my keepsake?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and wipe with a dry, soft cloth. No water or sprays. It's sealed to last a lifetime.
