Flower Studios by AS ("we") is a flower-preservation studio in New Delhi, India. This page explains what we collect on this website and why — in normal words.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, mobile number and city when you reserve a slot or place an order — so we can arrange pickup, send updates and deliver your keepsake.
Payments: processed by Razorpay on their secure pages. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — only the payment status.
Advertising analytics: we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand which of our ads work. Where identifiers like a phone number are used for ad measurement, they are cryptographically hashed before leaving our server. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad preferences.

What we never do

No selling or renting your data to anyone.
No spam — we message you about your own order and reservation only.
Your wedding photos and flowers stay private; we share your keepsake publicly only if you say yes.
